1. Data Retention (The 1-Hour Rule)

We value your privacy above all else. Unlike other services, we do not store your financial data. All receipt images and generated Excel files are automatically permanently deleted from our servers within 1 hour of processing.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your files are processed solely for the purpose of extracting text (OCR) and renaming files. We do not sell, share, or view your data manually.

3. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for secure payment processing. We never see or store your credit card information. We use Google Cloud for secure processing.
